Production / Shop Laborer (Entry-Level)
Northern Cabinet Door manufactures high-quality cabinet components for custom cabinet shops throughout the region. We are hiring dependable, hands-on individuals to join our production team in an entry-level shop labor role.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys physical, hands-on work and wants to build a long-term career in manufacturing or woodworking.
What you will do:
- Assist in the production and assembly of cabinet components
- Handle, measure, and prepare materials for fabrication
- Use basic hand tools and measuring equipment (tape measure accuracy required)
- Support experienced team members in daily shop operations
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
What we are looking for:
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions
- Basic ability to read measurements accurately
- Prior manufacturing, construction, or shop experience is helpful but not required
